Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to Robella. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern how you access and use Robella — the website robella.app, our web application and every feature, image and piece of content we make available through them (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Dewigrose LLP (“we”, “us” or “our”), and these Terms are a binding contract between you and us.

Our Privacy Policy, Subscription & Billing Terms and Refund Policy also form part of this agreement. You accept all of these documents when you fill in your style profile, create an account, start a subscription or use the Service in any other way. If you do not accept them, please do not use Robella.

Who May Use Robella

Robella is available to people aged 16 or older. Where the age of digital consent in your country is higher than 16, that higher age applies to you. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who has read and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address, so please keep your inbox secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us right away at [email protected].

What Robella Offers

Robella is a personal AI stylist and wardrobe assistant. The features available to you depend on your plan and may include:

• a style profile based on questions about your appearance, lifestyle and style preferences;
• a personal colour analysis that identifies your colour type and the shades that flatter you;
• body shape identification and a detailed personal style report;
• virtual try-on, where AI generates images showing how clothes or complete looks might appear on you;
• a capsule wardrobe put together for your body shape and style;
• daily outfit ideas generated by AI, which may take your local weather into account;
• a digital wardrobe built from photos of the clothes you already own;
• a chat with an AI stylist for questions about outfits, combinations and what to buy.

Robella is for your personal use and not for commercial purposes. We keep developing the Service, so features and content may be added, changed or withdrawn over time.

Style Guidance, Not Professional Advice

Everything Robella produces — colour types, body shape results, style reports, outfit ideas, try-on images and chat answers — is styling inspiration offered for informational and entertainment purposes. It is based on general principles of fashion and personal style and is not an objective assessment of you.

• Robella does not give medical, dermatological, cosmetic, nutritional, fitness or psychological advice, and nothing in the Service should be read that way. For questions about your health, skin, weight or wellbeing, speak to a qualified professional.
• Virtual try-on images are approximate visualisations created by AI. The real fit, size, fabric, drape and colour of a garment may differ from what you see, and your screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
• Results depend on the photos and answers you provide. Poor lighting, filters or incomplete answers can make them less accurate.

What you wear and what you buy is always your own decision.

AI Stylist and Generated Content

Several features — including the AI stylist chat, outfit generation and virtual try-on — rely on artificial intelligence. When you use them, please keep in mind that:

• output is generated automatically and may be imperfect, repetitive, inaccurate or simply not to your taste;
• generated images are synthetic, may contain visual artefacts or distortions, and are not photographs of real garments on your body;
• you should not share sensitive details in the chat, such as health information, financial data or personal information about other people;
• you must not try to make the AI produce sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive or otherwise unlawful content, or images of real people without their permission.

Subject to these Terms, you may use the images and outfits generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes — for example, saving them or sharing them with friends.

Your Photos and Wardrobe Content

You can upload selfies, full-length photos of yourself and photos of your clothes, and add notes, preferences and chat messages (“Your Content”). Your Content stays yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store and process it only as needed to run the Service for you — to prepare your analysis, generate try-on images, organise your wardrobe and answer your questions — as explained in our Privacy Policy. The licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, apart from backup copies kept for a limited time.

By uploading Your Content, you confirm that:

• you own the photos or have the right to use them, and uploading them does not infringe anyone else’s rights;
• any photo showing a person shows only you, unless every other person in it has agreed to its use;
• you will not upload photos of anyone under 18;
• you will not upload nude, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate images.

We may remove content that breaks these rules. We never publish your photos or show them to other users, and you can delete them at any time.

Shopping Links and Third-Party Products

Robella does not sell clothing, footwear or accessories. If the Service shows products or links to online stores run by third parties, those stores are independent of us. Any purchase you make there is a contract between you and the seller only: the seller is responsible for the product, its description, price, delivery, returns and warranty. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for them; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Rules of Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• break any law or these Terms while using the Service;
• upload content that is unlawful, harassing or discriminatory, or that violates someone else’s privacy or intellectual property;
• use the Service to create images meant to mislead, embarrass or impersonate anyone;
• copy, resell, republish or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written consent;
• scrape, reverse engineer or overload the Service, or try to get around its security;
• share your login or let other people use your account.

If you break these rules, we may restrict, suspend or close your account.

Our Intellectual Property

Apart from Your Content, the Service and everything in it — software, design, style guides, reports, texts, illustrations and the Robella name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Using the Service does not transfer any of these rights to you; you only receive the limited right to use the Service as these Terms allow. Third-party brand names that appear in the Service belong to their respective owners.

Subscriptions and Billing

Robella has a free version with basic features; the full set of features is available with Robella Pro, a weekly subscription at US$4.99 per week (the equivalent in your currency and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you confirm). Your subscription renews on its own at the end of every billing period until you cancel it, which you can do at any moment in your account settings or by writing to [email protected].

Payments, introductory offers, renewals and cancellations are described in detail in our Subscription & Billing Terms; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Suspension and Account Closure

You are free to stop using Robella and delete your account whenever you like. Closing your account does not by itself stop your subscription, so please cancel it first as explained in our Subscription & Billing Terms. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if your use puts us or other people at risk, or if the law requires us to do so.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that its results will match your expectations or the real appearance of any garment.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss connected with your use of the Service, including purchases you make based on our recommendations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with its effective date shown at the top. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or in the Service before it applies. By continuing to use Robella after the updated Terms take effect, you accept them.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not take away the protection you enjoy under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
